MasterCare's Convictions about
Psychological Evaluation developed
out of extensive clinical experience and is based on forming a
respectful and compassionate connection with each
individual. Early in his career, when Jim Marshall served as
the staff psychologist for The Center for Psychiatric Medicine, Northern
Michigan Hospital, he learned that psychological assessment is not
merely about diagnosis or reaching a cold clinical summary of a person's
functioning. It is instead, to empower the individual by helping
him/her gain an in-depth understanding of the unique dynamics and
factors influencing their sense of joy and
fulfillment in one or more areas of life. The
bottom line: Psychological
procedures combined with genuine care and competence produce rich insights
from which to build trustworthy plans for personal success.
